Next Generation Data
Following a recent agreement with Surf Telecoms Limited, South Wales-based mega data centre, Next Generation Data (NGD) Europe, has further extended the direct on-site fibre connectivity options available to its customers and added the potential to connect to transatlantic links to North America.

Dark Fibre Convention – November 2010
The third Annual Dark Fibre Convention was attended by visitors from the world over, all eager to hear the latest news on key issues facing operators and users of dark fibre. Surf was at the 2-day event to tell visitors about its services and extensive network capabilities. The Convention provided an opportunity to trade and lease fibre services to key players in the industry with international connections, including those using Surf services to data centres, points of presence and UK cable landing stations.
Carriers World – September 2010
Surf attended Carriers World in London in late September. As a showcase event for the wholesale communications and carrier to carrier market, Carriers World was an ideal opportunity for customers to hear about the capacity availability that Surf has across its extensive network. It was a chance too for Surf to demonstrate its commitment to provide a dedicated service to other service providers. Some old acquaintances were rekindled and new ones created and Surf would like to thank everyone who came along to their stand at the event.
Truro Rugby Tournament – August 2010
Summer in Cornwall proved typical again this year especially at the Truro College Rugby Tournament where players and hardy spectators experienced the most rain seen over a few days in a long time. (more…)
Virgin Media and Surf Telecoms trial novel high-speed broadband option – July 2010
